To support a quality training and development experience, Trading Post provides a variety of educational options that form a complete foundation for a client's area of interest. Since we know that different students assimilate information differently, we provide multiple instructional modalities, blended together to achieve maximum effectiveness. These opportunities include:
The Interactive Learning Center (ILC) offers in-depth instruction in multiple trading techniques and disciplines.
The ILC incorporates self-paced instruction in an interactive question and answer format to ensure that students progress to the next section only if they have acquired command of the information. Programs are divided into modules to facilitate the learning process.

The Online Training Room (OTR) is the epitome of the Trading Post training and development experience.
Trading Post offers an extensive schedule of daily sessions with a specific training or market focus.
Using web-based interactive platforms, students access a live session with a professionally trained Online Training Instructor (OTI), where response to questions is immediate, by text chat and by voice.
Education is reinforced and indispensable information is further enhanced by the direct delivery and experience of the OTI, often while students practice trading in their demo accounts in real market conditions.

Courses are scheduled periodically in various cities when a sufficient number of students in that area express an interest and pre-register for live instruction. These classes are open to all course clients registered for the specific course offered. Some of these classes are offered to existing course clients at no additional cost.
From time-to-time, Trading Post sponsors special training and development workshops about key subjects of interest. These live sessions may also be presented in conjunction with business development initiatives involving our Enterprise Programs. Special events are generally promoted in advance on the company's website as well as through email mailouts. Course outlines and support material are usually provided.
To ensure our standard of excellence, all Trading Post OTIs, Online Trading Advisors (OTAs) and assistants for our basic training and development programs, and our Elite Trading Tools are trained and certified by Trading Post Financial Services Inc.
