Hanes Carter

Hanes Carter believes that the keys to successful currency trading are commitment and having an open mind. "If you apply yourself to the best of your ability and take advantage of what's offered, then you will be successful. It's almost a foregone conclusion," he says.

Hanes spent 36 years of his life as an aircraft mechanic for US Air. After he retired, he heard about Trading Post and our Trader Development programs. He quickly rose to the occasion. "I've always enjoyed a challenge," he says, "even back when I was fixing airplanes. I like to meet these things head-on."

He took full advantage of the training materials and learning opportunities that Trading Post provided, and embarked on his ongoing quest to be the best trader he could be. He now shares his love of trading Forex with many new students.
