174 and 120

SocialTwist Tell-a-Friend

Maybe it's meant to completely freak me out. Today I went out to grab some lunch and walked through a drugstore, whereupon I stopped at one of those automatic blood pressure machines.

So I stopped, stuck my arm in, it inflated, and a few nervous moments ensued before I got the result. It's 174/120. OK so I know my blood pressure is higher than normal, but it still has me thinking.

All the long days and late nights building a community and company, and dabbling in trading, while also trying to maintain some balance in life ... I'm sure it's throwing my body out of whack.

A visit to the doc is probably in order. I also work out a few times a week (and also practice yoga), play hockey weekly, and am eating better. What more should I do? Pray?
